Our Story

Feels Like Home Construction was never built from a corporate blueprint or backed by generations of developers. It was built through hustle, vision, risk-taking, and years of hands-on experience earned from the ground up.

Long before multifamily developments and large-scale projects, Beau had already built multiple businesses while still in high school. Entrepreneurship came naturally, and immediately after graduation, he went straight into self-employment with a mindset focused on building something bigger.

Over the years, Beau successfully built and scaled businesses serving thousands of customers before eventually selling them. One of those ventures, a rapidly growing food prep company built alongside his wife Kendall, expanded to a customer base of several thousand clients both online and locally throughout Amarillo before being sold. During that same period, Beau also entered the real estate industry and obtained his real estate license,  a move that would completely accelerate the couple’s future in development and investing.

Real estate quickly became more than just sales. It became the gateway into understanding deals, finding opportunities, analyzing properties, and learning how value is truly created in the market. Within his first several months in real estate, Beau generated several million dollars in sales volume, quickly building momentum and relationships that would later help fuel larger investment opportunities.

While Kendall was attending West Texas A&M University, the two began pursuing real estate together with a much bigger vision in mind. Inspired by the idea of transforming properties and creating something better than what existed before, they took on their first house flip together. What started as one project quickly turned into an obsession.

They handled the work themselves demolition, construction, design, project management, and everything in between learning every stage of the process firsthand while continuously reinvesting into larger and more ambitious projects. As the quality of their work became recognized, homeowners and investors began reaching out for remodels, which eventually evolved into full scale custom renovations and complete home transformations.

But the vision continued growing.

Rather than stopping at remodeling, Beau and Kendall shifted their focus toward long-term ownership and development. The goal was never simply to build projects, it was to create lasting assets, passive income, and a portfolio designed for generational growth.

Today, Feels Like Home Construction specializes in high end Class A multifamily developments focused on elevated design, quality construction, and long term value. From land acquisition and development planning to construction, design, and operations, Beau and Kendall remain deeply involved in every phase of the process.

What sets the company apart is the combination of entrepreneurial drive, real-world construction knowledge, high-level design vision, and an uncompromising commitment to building communities that stand above the standard. Every step of the journey has been built through experience, persistence, and the willingness to take risks others wouldn’t.
