Beau and Kendall began their journey in real estate back in 2015, flipping houses with their own two hands. From demolition to the final coat of paint, they did it all, gaining firsthand knowledge of construction from the ground up. Kendall’s passion for design started with a dream: to help people create spaces they truly love. Today, she leads the creative vision behind all of the firm’s multifamily developments, designing not just units, but entire living experiences that feel like home from the moment you walk in.

Kendall isn’t just behind the plans-she’s in the field, hands-on with the process. From managing subcontractors to doing physical labor herself, she brings a rare blend of creativity, grit, and leadership to every project. Her deep involvement ensures each detail, finish, and layout aligns with the high standards she’s built her reputation on.
